_23-2147883648.jpgThe main goal of the module is to provide opportunity to learn how cardiac CT (coronary CT angiography and beyond) is used in the clinical setting, reviewing instructive cases.
Coronary CT angiography has become a gatekeeper in the diagnosis of the ischemic disease. Using recent multi-slice CT systems, coronary artery and its plaque are clearly imaged. Beyond coronary CT angiography, physiological information such FFR and myocardial perfusion (ischemia during pharmacological stress) can also applicable, providing additional information and higher diagnostic performance in combination of coronary CT angiography. Thus, coronary CT angiography is widely used in the clinical setting. However, interpretation of the coronary CT angiography needs both knowledge and practice.

The new learning module was created by Professor Teruhito Mochizuki, Department of Radiology, Medical Faculty, Sechenov University, Moscow, Russia. Professor and Chairman, Department of Radiology, Ehime University graduate School of Medicine, Ehime, Japan.
