On September 26, 2018 the Times Higher Education (THE) presented results of the THE World University Rankings. Sechenov University has entered the ranking that confirms its international status. This year ranking includes more than 1,250 universities from 86 countries. 

It's necessary to note that Sechenov University is the only Russian medical University involved in the Academic Excellence Project.
