The case of late diagnosis of congenital right transposition of the aortic arch resulted in great difficulties in the surgical treatment of bronchial fistula after left pneumonectomy

This case describes the role of radiology diagnostic methods in patients with congenital right transposition of the aortic arch. Due to the underestimation of radiology data, congenital right transposition of the aortic arch was not detected before surgery, which led to the selection of inadequate surgical access and technical difficulties that were successfully overcome.
