Sechenov University International School in Bioinformatics-2018

Sechenov University Institute for Translational Medicine and Biotechnology announces the School on bio and chemoinformatics on the basis of the bioinformatics laboratory of the Park for Biomedicine on September 30 - October 6, 2018.
The program of the school will cover practical aspects of structural bioinformatics as the basis for computer drug development. The second most important part of the process is regulation, metabolomics and signaling pathway analysis. The third set of lectures, master classes and workshops- is molecular predictive modeling in its various forms.

Within the school, students will be able to:
-get acquainted with the Park for Biomedicine of Sechenov University;
-attend lectures of ITM&B staff on theoretical and applied problems of modern development of new molecules, predicting their properties, computer modeling;
-take part in master classes and workshops, organized using the capacities of the bioinformatics laboratory and industrial software;
-consultations, the " question-answer" section, will be organized where students will be able to get help on their own projects related to molecular modeling, and will also have time to independently master the software used in drugdesign;
-get acquainted with students from other universities, to establish contacts, to plan joint projects.
