Today methods of regenerative medicine based on cell and tissue technologies are being actively introduced in Russia. So, there’s need for advanced training of pharmaceutical specialists. 
Sechenov University has introduced two innovative master's degree programs in Industrial Pharmacy: "Medicines Quality Assurance" and "Drug Development Management". 
Introduction of the new programs aimed at production of innovative drugs, support full life cycle of drugs, creation conditions for development of domestic translational medicine and bioengineering.

Students are offered common modules for both profiles ("Design, Statistics and Ethics of Medical and Pharmaceutical Research", "Life Cycle Management of Medicines", "Project and Innovative Management in Pharmacy and Medicine", "General and Clinical Pharmacology", etc.) and specific for each profile ("Drug Development Management ", "Pharmaceutical Technology, Development and Production of Drugs", etc.)
The new educational programs take into account the advanced areas for employers training, international trends in this field and similar programs of some European universities.
