© 2019 Author(s). The article describes a pilot project dedicated to the development of a system for the diagnosis of lymphostasis based on optical measurement methods. The analysis of the most commonly used diagnostic methods is given, their comparative analysis is performed. The proposed design of the biotechnical system, and methods for analyzing and processing the resulting images are described. The research experimental results of the developed prototype are given.
