Replication of Francisella and Shigella in cytosole of host cell is correlated with their ability to escape from phagosome (containing bacteria vacuole) and to modulate innate immunity of host. Francisella T6CC and some undeterminated products of pathogenicity island's genes take part in such processes. Shigella T3CC and autotransporter protein IscA provide this processes together with spreading bacteria intra colonic epithelium.
