Prof ALEXANDER VOLKOV

Biography

Professor Volkov graduated from the Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry in 1988, and then did his postgraduate training there from 1988 until 1990. His PhD thesis was about the use of high frequency electromagnetic radiation for periodontal treatment. His Doctoral thesis was devoted to direct current in endodontic treatment.

Biophysical technologies in dentistry; Use of instrumental methods for prevention, diagnosis and therapy of oral diseases

Teaching

Professor Volkov teaches Dental Therapy both for undergraduate and graduate students, and runs continuing education courses in Russian.
