On October 29-30, 2018 Sechenov University will hold the 5th European Congress on eCardiology and eHealth: "Connecting clinicians and technology to implement eHealth in daily practice". 

Sechenov University as the Congress Venue was chosen not by chance. Being one of the leaders in education & telemedicine, the University has entered working group on e-Cardiology of the European Society of Cardiology. Sechenov University has established Institute of Digital Medicine and Department for Information and e-technologies in healthcare. Educational programs include courses on telemedicine conducted by the top foreign professors. Telemedicine projects, such as Sechenov Consilium and Sechenov University Hospital at home, are being developed rapidly. 

The organizers expect that consolidation of scientific potential of the University researchers and international participants will promote development of the new research fields at Sechenov University. The Congress will promote introduction of the worldwide innovations in eCardiology and eHealth, e-development of digital health in clinical research by combining capabilities of the stakeholders.
