E-health strategies in medical education were presented at the Global Health Forum in Geneva

Sechenov University delegation headed by Prof. Petr V. Glybochko, the University’s rector, took part in the Global Health Forum (Geneva, Switzerland, April 10-12, 2018).
The Global Health Forum is regarded as the largest international event dedicated to innovation practices in global health. Every year it brings together more than 1,000 participants from all around the world.

The event is organized by the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Geneva & Geneva University Hospital, and is held at the Geneva International Conference Center.
The Forum is a unique platform to share best practices and knowledge in Global Health.
It includes a great variety of plenary sessions, innovation achievements exhibition, and some side-events under the framework of the Forum. The event is organized with assistance and participation of representatives of the world health institutions and international agencies, healthcare politicians, and diplomats.
Sechenov University' rector presented a report on the latest developments of E-learning in Medical Education in Russia. He noted that E-learning in the Russian medical education is developing in the context of digitalization of the national economy combining the needs and resources of practical health care with the possibilities of telemedicine, electronic and digital health care, e-learning tools.
