Sechenov University in cooperation with the National Research University of Electronic Technology has started working on creation an artificial blood circulation system for newborns. The biotechnical complex should ensure heart function with the only one ventricle. It will make possible to ease a patient’s status or to avoid some complex surgeries.It will become the first unique project of the Institute of Bionic Technologies and Engineering which was established at the University in March, 2018.
